About Stanton Estates
Stanton Estates is a boutique neighborhood of 45 homes on about 20 acres off West Bay Street, close to downtown Winter Garden and one block from the West Orange Trail.
Jones Homes USA built the neighborhood between about 2018 and 2019. The homes are semi-custom, generally about 2,900 to 5,100 square feet, on quarter acre to half acre lots. Styles range from contemporary to Florida and traditional, so the street has variety without feeling mismatched.
There's no clubhouse or pool, and that's part of the point. The HOA stays simple, there's no CDD, golf carts are welcome, and the real amenity is where you are.
