About Hamlin Reserve
Hamlin Reserve is one of the neighborhoods inside Hamlin, the master-planned community in Horizon West built around Lake Hancock, with trails and parks tying it all together. The homes were built by Ashton Woods, mostly between 2016 and 2020.
There are about 350 homesites, with single-family homes from about 1,700 to more than 3,500 square feet and townhomes of about 1,500 to 2,000 square feet. That mix makes Hamlin Reserve a good fit for growing families and for people who want less to take care of.
Residents have a clubhouse, a fitness center, a pool, a playground and a dog park, plus trails and boardwalks with lake views.
The bigger story is Hamlin itself. Hamlin Town Center is about a mile away with restaurants and shopping, and SR 429 is about two miles away, so Winter Garden, Windermere, Disney and the rest of Orlando are easy to reach.
