Who are Sean and Barb?
We are a two-advisor team with one standard of representation, serving 10 Central Florida markets with encyclopedic depth: Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Lake Nona, Winter Park, Maitland, Longwood, Lake Mary, and Oviedo. Why is there never a lockbox on our listings?
No lockbox has ever hung on a Sean and Barb listing. No Supra Key on the door letting strangers walk your home unsupervised. We personally attend every showing, and the reasons are practical: your privacy and belongings stay protected, your home is presented by someone who knows its story, buyer reactions reach us firsthand instead of thirdhand, and access to your home stays on your terms. It is slower for us and better for you, which is the point of luxury representation.

Why do physicians relocating to Orlando choose us?
