About Emerson Pointe

Emerson Pointe is a small guard-gated neighborhood tucked into the back of Bay Hill. It sits on a peninsula between Lake Chase and Lake Tibet-Butler, both on the Butler Chain of Lakes, so the water is part of everyday life here.

There are about 72 homesites, and most of the homes went up between 2006 and 2013. They're custom homes, mostly Mediterranean and Spanish in style, running from about 3,200 to 8,500 square feet. Because the neighborhood was built out over a short stretch of years, the streets have a consistent, finished look.

Being inside Bay Hill means the Bay Hill Club is right around the corner. Residents can also use the Bay Hill Marina boat ramp with an annual sticker, which is handy if your lot isn't directly on the water.

Emerson Pointe has its own homeowners association, separate from the larger Bay Hill POA. For buyers who love the Bay Hill address but want something newer and more private, this is usually where the conversation ends up.
